The Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) is the largest and most highly recognised card scheme for the plant industry. Designed to prove the skills of plant operators, it is awarded through a combination of professional competence and health and safety awareness

The Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) is a card scheme which provides proof that individuals working on construction sites have the appropriate level of training and qualifications for the job they do on site. The CSCS scheme is designed to improve standards and reduce accidents on UK construction sites.
